The T-Bank React community has over 350 professional developers. The interfaces we write in React are used by millions of people daily — from the online bank to flight and hotel search, from investments to buying movie tickets and booking restaurants, from T-Zh educational courses to terminals and ATMs. We also write the tools ourselves — admin panels, page and entire site builders, microservices and backends on node.js, a full-fledged UI-Kit, and a set of internal libraries.
How we work
- In most teams, we use a common stack: T-Bank's technical radar
- We hold regular (but not too frequent) general meetings of the internal frontend community

- We encourage everyone's participation in the development of products and tools
- We are not shy about actively speaking and writing articles
