Frontend Engineer

Help build a modern core insurance platform to replace a legacy system. You’ll turn a prototype into production React while keeping the design system clean as it grows.

You’ll build complex quote forms whose questions change by program and state (with validation, prefill, and saved progress), dense data screens like policy records, billing schedules, and underwriter queues, and three views of one app: the agent portal, the staff workspace, and the insured’s self-service pages. You’ll also work with the backend team on API contracts and carry client feedback from each demo straight into the next build.

We’re looking for:

• 5+ years of frontend engineering, 3+ in React and TypeScript
• Experience with Vite, React Router, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui or a similar component library
• Experience building large forms and data-heavy business apps, not only marketing sites
• Strong UI/UX judgment and the ability to ship close to pixel-perfect
• Solid REST API experience, including loading, error, and empty states
• Daily use of AI coding tools, and awareness of where they go wrong
• Clear spoken and written English
• A plus: insurance or fintech experience
