Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an SMM strategy for the US market;
• Manage Instagram, Telegram, X, and Reddit accounts;
• Create content plans and oversee publications;
• Analyze competitors and market trends;
• Analyze content effectiveness and key metrics;
• Engage with the audience and foster community growth;
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members;
• Test new formats and approaches for social media growth.

Requirements:

• SMM experience of at least 1 year;
• Practical experience with Instagram, Telegram, and X;
• Reddit experience will be a big plus;
• Experience in Casino / iGaming / Sweepstakes / Gambling is an advantage;
• Understanding of SMM analytics and content strategy;
• Ability to work independently on tasks and propose ideas;
• Russian language proficiency – C2;
• English language proficiency – B2 or higher, as we are targeting the US market.
