Freelance Developer

We're looking for a freelance developer with experience building owner portals, investor dashboards, or hospitality reporting platforms.

At Azuma Collections, we manage a growing portfolio of luxury villas and boutique hospitality assets in Bali. As our portfolio expands, we're looking to create a modern owner portal that provides property owners with clear, real-time visibility into the performance of their assets.

Key features may include: • Occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance • Booking trends and channel insights • Owner statements and financial reporting • Maintenance updates and operational reporting • Historical performance and portfolio analytics

The data already exists across multiple operational systems. The challenge is transforming that data into a professional, intuitive, and visually compelling experience for property owners.

We're looking for someone who: • Has built similar portals or reporting platforms before • Understands hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, or real estate • Has experience with APIs, data integrations, and reporting environments • Can develop dashboards, visualizations, and owner-facing experiences • Can advise on both technical architecture and user experience

This is a freelance, project-based assignment with the potential for a longer-term collaboration.
