Experience in building AI agents is really important!

We’re looking for a genuinely senior frontend engineer with expert TypeScript/JavaScript and React experience, alongside strong Next.js and modern frontend architecture capability. Agentic / AI-assisted engineering experience is a key differentiator. We’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate mature use of AI within real software delivery environments, including appropriate testing, validation and engineering controls, rather than simply using AI tools for code generation. Candidates should be comfortable operating autonomously from high-level or partially defined requirements and making sensible technical and product decisions without needing heavily specified tickets. Strong automated testing experience is important, ideally including Playwright for E2E and Jest, Vitest or equivalent for unit/component testing.

Web3 / blockchain experience is strongly preferred, although strong FinTech or financial services experience can also be relevant where the candidate demonstrates good technical curiosity, security awareness and the ability to get up to speed quickly. This person will also be expected to contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to another frontend engineer, so we are looking beyond strong individual contributors who have primarily focused on UI implementation.
