About the Project

A large-scale project is underway to automate the company's business processes on the 1C platform. The project includes the implementation and customization of the 1C:UAT (Transport Management) configuration to optimize logistics, fleet management, and transport operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: • Conducting interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to identify needs and pain points • Formalizing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications • Managing requirement changes during project implementation

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in gathering and formalizing requirements for IT solutions through interaction with the customer;
• Experience in designing IT solutions and developing functional and integration architecture;
• Experience in planning and implementing large IT projects;
• Ability to create business process diagrams of various levels of detail, including functional architecture, use case diagrams, user stories, and sequence diagrams;
• Proficiency in GAP analysis methodology;
• Skills in developing functional requirements for applications and services, including describing functions and algorithms, role-based access control, and integration requirements;
• Knowledge of 1C:UAT configurations;
• Understanding of the 1C platform's operational mechanisms;
• Ability to effectively work with large volumes of data;
• Possession of 1C certifications at the "Specialist" level or higher;
• Possession of a higher education degree.
