Unreal Engine Motion Designer
Vizor Games is looking for an UE Motion Designer to create promotional videos for mobile games in a casual style (Tycoon, Farming).

Mandatory: portfolio with creatives in the Tycoon/Farming niche.
What you will be doing:
- Creating promotional creatives for mobile games from start to finish.
- Assembling scenes from ready-made assets, setting up lighting and materials.
- Working in Sequencer: timings, camera direction, and object animation.
- Bringing scenes to life with character animation and effects.
- Designing game mechanics and interaction logic in UE.
- Independently implementing tasks, maintaining a balance between quality and deadlines.
What we expect from you:
- Unreal Engine: confident command of Blueprints (mechanics logic, code optimization) and Niagara (custom VFX, physical simulations).
- After Effects: high-quality compositing, working with AI generations, UI animation, and basic sound design.
- Blender: simulations (Rigid Body, Fluid), basic animation, and 3D asset preparation.
- AI Tools: experience with graphic generators (Midjourney, Nanobanana, Freepik, Tripo3D) and video generators (Kling, Veo, Runway) to speed up production.
- Marketing Expertise: understanding metrics, ability to analyze competitors, and identify performance-driving elements.
- Animation Sense: your videos should be dynamic and "tactilely" pleasing.
