VACANCY: OFFICE MANAGER (Paphos)
About the company:
• Natalia Michaelidou Legal Services LTD is the first Russian-speaking law firm in Paphos; • Specialization: real estate, immigration, migration and corporate law, translations; • Focus on quality, speed, and client service.
Responsibilities:
• Processing incoming calls, redirecting when necessary; • Greeting clients and visitors; • Performing external errands (courier services, stationery stores); • Organizing documents and archives; • Filling out forms, applications; • Performing administrative tasks, consulting clients on services.
Requirements:
• Fluent English, Russian, Greek (written and spoken) – we only consider candidates with knowledge of these languages; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work with a CRM system, email, archive; • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, learnability, activity, and cheerfulness; • Ability to work independently and in a team; • Good communication skills; • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; • Relevant work experience in positions such as Administrator/Secretary/Office Manager.
Conditions:
• Full-time employment: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM; 2:00 PM–5:00 PM (Mon–Fri); • Competitive salary; • Work in a reputable law firm with over 20 years of market experience; • Opportunities for professional growth.
