For a large international organisation, we are looking for a Freelance Workday Integration Consultant / Architect to support a global payroll transformation programme.
In this assignment, you will play a key role in designing, building and reviewing Workday integrations between Workday, a global payroll platform and multiple local Payroll and Time & Attendance systems across several countries. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on integration development with solution architecture in a highly visible international project.
Assignment details:
- Design and build Workday integrations.
- Configure and develop custom integrations within Workday.
- Review and improve the overall integration architecture.
- Challenge external implementation partners on integration design and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Workday specialists and technical teams.
- Help define a future-proof support model for the integration landscape.
- Ensure scalable and sustainable integration solutions across multiple countries.
What you bring:
- Proven experience with Workday Integrations.
- Experience with Workday Studio and/or GPC is a strong advantage.
- Ability to build integrations independently.
- Strong architectural mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in international HRIS, Payroll or Workday transformation projects is preferred.
- Fluent in English.

- Start: Preferably 1 August
- Duration: Until the end of 2027
- Workload: 16–24 hours per week
- Location: Fully remote (candidates must be based in Europe)
- Occasional travel may be required
