Requirements:
- Work experience from 4-5 years;
- Knowledge of DevOps methodology, experience in supporting the software development process;
- Experience with Docker, Nginx;
- Understanding and experience with Kubernetes (understanding/creating Helm charts, Traefik, ingress);
- Experience in configuring and confident knowledge of Linux (RedOS, Astra);
- Experience in configuring databases (NoSQL/SQL) (Postgres, Qdrant, Redis, Tarantool, etc.);
- Experience in automating CI/CD processes (GitlabCI, etc.);
- Understanding of networks, network protocols, OS principles;
- Experience using configuration management systems and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, terraform, etc.);
- Knowledge of scripting languages (bash, python, etc.);
- Experience setting up monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Victoriametrics);
- Experience using GenAI tools for work tasks;
- Experience setting up GitOps tools (ArgoCD);
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Ya Cloud, VK Cloud, AWS);
- Willingness for in-person visits to clients in Moscow for product implementation in isolated environments. Currently, 60% of clients are remote, and 40% are onsite;
- Practical experience deploying and operating Kubernetes in production;
- Confident knowledge of Kubespray — independent cluster deployment from scratch, understanding of architectural components and their interaction;
- Experience working in isolated (air-gapped) environments without internet access;
- Ability to independently prepare all necessary packages, images, and dependencies for offline deployment;
- Experience installing and configuring services in Kubernetes via Helm;
- Ability to debug and modify Helm charts on the fly during implementation;
- Confident knowledge of Linux, Ansible, Terraform, Docker/Container Registry;
- Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting Kubernetes, Helm, Linux issues;
- Experience implementing solutions for clients;
- Ability to independently manage implementation from infrastructure preparation to product launch and operation;
- Experience with VK Cloud and Openstack will be a plus;
- Experience with various databases and services in Kubernetes is also important: Kafka, ClickHouse, Postgres, Qdrant, Traefik, Opensearch, Nats, NACK;

- Automating the process of preparing environments, test environments, building and deploying applications;
