Location: Tashkent, office-based work format

At Beeline Uzbekistan, we are strengthening our data direction and looking for a leader who will take on the development and scaling of the corporate data platform. This role is about strategy, architecture, and impact on the business, not just about technology.

💡 What you will be doing: • Developing and implementing the company's data strategy • Building and scaling the Data Platform (DWH / Lakehouse / streaming) • Managing a cross-functional team (Data Engineers, Analysts, DS, BI) • Implementing modern architectures: Data Lakehouse, Medallion, Data Mesh • Working at the intersection of business and technology - turning data into solutions • Defending initiatives and budgets at the top management level

🔍 We are looking for someone who: • Has experience managing a team of 8–15+ people • Has worked with large volumes of data (tens of TB+) • Has built or scaled corporate data platforms • Is proficient in SQL + understands data architecture • Works with Python (pandas / pyspark) or Scala • Has experience with Spark, Airflow, and BI tools • Understands ML/AI at the decision-making level
