Responsibilities
- Organizes the work of issuing and distributing salary, credit, and social cards.
- Organizes the recruitment, staffing, planning of professional and career development of employees under functional supervision.
- Organizes the post-sales service process for businesses.
- Organizes work and monitors its execution in accordance with the requirements of the Bank of Russia and Sberbank PJSC.
- Organizes the process of concluding and maintaining agreements for crediting social payments to individuals' accounts.
- Participates in the implementation of Internal Control Rules for AML/CFT purposes and performs functions aimed at ensuring compliance with AML/CFT legislation.
- Organizes sales, conclusion, and maintenance of contracts for a bank payment agent.
