Job Description:
- Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux, GitLab CI
- Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, ClickHouse, River
- Terraform, Linux, TLS, Service mesh, mTLS
- WAF, Edge, Cloud/On-premise infrastructure
- Experience operating Kubernetes in production (HPA, requests/limits, network policies).
- Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps.
- Experience with Observability stack (metrics, alerts, dashboards, tracing, SLO/error-budget, runbooks).
- Confident experience with PostgreSQL and Redis (pooling, indexing, partitioning, replication, troubleshooting).
- Deep knowledge of Terraform, Linux, networking, and TLS.
- Experience with high-load or latency-sensitive systems (from 10k RPS, p95/p99 latency, bottleneck analysis, load testing).
- Experience designing progressive deployments (canary/blue-green, feature flags, A/B infra) and downtime-free migrations (strangler-fig, shadow/replay).
- Understanding of IDP/platform-as-product approach and building golden-path platforms.
- Ability to write architectural documents (ADR) and mentor other engineers.
