Internal Account Manager

We are looking for an Internal Account Manager (Account Manager for Partners)

About Us Hash Hedge is the TOP-1 crypto prop trading company in the CIS market.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️ Manage and develop existing partners — influencers, KOLs, streamers, traders, community owners. ▫️ Build long-term relationships, increase partner engagement and retention. ▫️ Help partners grow into stable, powerful traffic channels. ▫️ Collaborate with marketing — advertising, creatives, materials for partners. ▫️ Monitor CPA/RevShare indicators and traffic quality.

▪️About You: ▫️ Experience in account management / partner success / affiliate marketing — in Crypto, Trading, FinTech, or iGaming. ▫️ Ability to build trusting relationships and retain partners long-term. ▫️ Familiarity with CPA/RevShare models and affiliate platforms. ▫️ Systematic approach to managing partner databases and attention to detail. ▫️ Language skills are a plus: we are present in 154 countries.
