We're a B2B growth firm. We do marketing and sales consulting for high-ticket companies — the kind selling $100k+ deals with long sales cycles.

We don't sell "leads." We build complete revenue systems: account-based targeting, LinkedIn authority content, multi-channel outbound, and sales enablement that turns attention into pipeline and pipeline into closed revenue. Our clients hire us because we move numbers, not vanity metrics.

Video sits at the center of that system. The right video builds authority, warms an account, and pre-sells a six-figure deal before the first call. This work goes in front of executive buyers — not a feed of strangers — so it can't look "AI-made." It has to look like a brand spent real money on it.

What you'll produce:

Commercial-grade B2B video — some built entirely from AI generation, some blending real client footage with AI. Both have to clear the same bar: polished enough to sit in front of an executive buyer who's about to spend six figures.

This isn't content-mill or social media content work. It's a small number of high-stakes videos where every frame carries weight and a lot of important information.

You're a fit if you:

• Have a reel of AI-generated and/or hybrid (real + AI) commercial work — not experiments, finished pieces that look expensive and professional
• Move fluently across the modern stack: Runway, Sora, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, plus real editing in Premiere / After Effects / DaVinci
• Understand pacing, sound design, color, and typography — the things that separate "professional" from "obviously AI"
