Candidate expectations
🔹 Knowledge of Java/Kotlin at the core language and collections level, ability to write code.
🔹 Experience with git, knowledge of basic commands, and ability to work with branches.
🔹 Knowledge of the Spring framework at the level of core components (web, security, data, cloud, test).
🔹 Spring boot: starters, why they are needed and how to write your own.
🔹 Understanding how OAuth works; if you have worked with Keycloak, it's an advantage.
🔹 Ability to work with Docker, understanding the difference between a container and an image.
🔹 Understanding how CI/CD works in GitLab/GitHub.
🔹 Presence of pet projects.
🔹 Understanding what ACID is in relational databases; knowledge of what indexes are, when to apply them.
