Seeking a Principal Program Manager, Government AI Platforms at Unimatch Lab. Location: Europe (remote) + regular business trips to Dubai (UAE).
This is a role for a strong Program Manager who can lead complex AI programs for enterprise and government clients: from discovery and product strategy to production and implementation.
What's important: • 10+ years of experience in Product/Program Management. • Last 5+ years in the role of Program Manager / Principal Program Manager or similar. • Experience managing large engineering programs and teams of 15+ people. • Enterprise/Government/GovTech/FinTech projects with a large number of integrations. • Hands-on experience with AI, LLM, GenAI, understanding of RAG, AI Agents, and modern AI tools. • Experience in presales, solution design, stakeholder management, and working with C-level executives. • English level C1.
You will work directly with founders, engineering leadership, and executives of the largest companies and government organizations in the UAE, creating next-generation AI platforms.
