We are currently looking for a C/C++ Networking Software Engineer to join our Mixed Development Team working with a leading Network Security company based in Tel Aviv

This is a challenging and highly technical role. You will take ownership of the Switch ASIC SDK, work in a complex hardware/software environment, and integrate new networking technologies.

The position requires a high level of initiative, curiosity, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day development.

This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems and want to become experts in low-level networking software.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years experience in C++ development in real-time operating system environments.
• Common Networking knowledge and general purpose Linux Devices.
• Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, VPNs, and network security concepts such as firewalls and IDS/IP — an advantage.
• Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, VPNs, and network security concepts such as firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Experience with Python, Linux distributions, Git, and Docker — an advantage.
• English level sufficient for participating in meetings (B2 or higher).
