*Task 2.

Imagine that today is Monday, 12:00 PM. You have received four tasks simultaneously:

1. Format a presentation for a new lesson: 35 slides based on a ready script. Materials and references are provided, but some illustrations for the presentation need to be selected independently. Deadline — today by 9:00 PM.
2. Make edits to an already completed presentation: replace 4 slides, correct the formatting of two tables, and bring 6 slides to a unified style. The updated presentation is needed by the instructor for recording the lesson. Deadline — today by 4:00 PM.
3. Prepare 3 images for the Telegram channel based on ready text. One of the cards contains a diagram that needs to be visualized independently. Deadline — tomorrow by 11:00 AM.
4. Check a 18-page handout, which had edits made before sending to students: ensure there is no layout shift or typos. If you find errors, they also need to be corrected. Deadline — today by 6:00 PM.

Describe the order in which you will take on the tasks and why. Indicate how you will estimate the time for each task, set priorities, and allocate time for the final review of materials.

If, during the process, you realize that you will not be able to complete all tasks on time, state at what stage you will inform the team and how you will formulate the message.

*Task 3.

A serious error was found in the PDF handout prepared by you for the lesson: during layout, one of the answer options in a multiple-choice question was missing. As a result, students see an incomplete task and cannot complete it correctly. The handout has already been uploaded to the platform, and some students have already downloaded the material and started their homework.

Assess the criticality of the situation on a scale of 1 to 10 and describe the possible risks. Explain how you will act in this situation: what you will do first, whom and how you will report the error to, how you will check the corrected material, and what actions you will propose to minimize the consequences for students and the team.
