Creative Strategist Freelance

We're growing our strategy team at MONOGRID and looking for a freelance Creative Strategist.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist Freelance, preferably based in Milan, to join us. Someone who can unpack complex cultural shifts, track movements across fashion, art, and subcultures, and translate raw insight into decisive strategic direction, not just moodboards. If cultural acumen, strategic rigor, compelling storytelling, and an instinctive grasp of how AI unlocks new creative opportunities are all part of your playbook, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now. Share your portfolio or 2–3 examples of strategic projects you’ve led, along with a short note highlighting their business impact.
