QA Automation Engineer

🚀 EXPERA is looking for a QA Automation Engineer

EXPERA is the leading system IT integrator in Uzbekistan and the general contractor for major digital transformation projects. We implement full-cycle projects: from consulting and solution design to the implementation, development, and support of complex IT systems.

We are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer for our large product team. We need a specialist who can not only write autotests but also influence product quality, test strategy, and the development of QA processes.

🔹 What you'll be doing: — Analyzing requirements and architecture, identifying quality risks even before development begins; — Developing the test strategy and test plans for releases; — Developing API / Web / Mobile automation; — Integrating autotests into CI/CD and monitoring test run stability; — Developing QA approaches: shift-left, risk-based testing, Definition of Ready (DoR) for Testing; — Working with test infrastructure, test data, and JMeter; — Using Allure TestOps for test management; — Participating in architectural and release discussions and providing Go / No-Go recommendations; — Mentoring Junior and Middle QA engineers; — If necessary, engaging in manual testing of critical functionality and complex E2E scenarios.

🔹 What's important to us: — Automation experience in Java / JavaScript / Kotlin / Swift; — Deep understanding of testing principles and approaches; — Confident work with Postman / Insomnia; — Experience in preparing test plans and test cases; — Work with Jira / JSD and Confluence; — Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases; — Strong analytical and communication skills.

🏢 Conditions: • office in Tashkent; • 5/2 schedule, 10:00–19:00; • comfortable office in the city center; • salary paid twice a month; • for candidates, there is an extended relocation package, including compensation for housing rental and support at all stages of relocation and adaptation.
