Made of Storm is looking for a Junior Games Manager (IGaming) to help develop the gaming vertical: manage the casino lobby, launch new games, analyze player behavior, and work with leading game providers.

Suitable for those already working in iGaming (Support, Operations, CRM, QA, etc.) who want to move towards Product.

📍Work format: remote (excluding Russia/Belarus) 💰Salary: up to $1300 (net)

📌 Responsibilities:

• Manage the game catalog and casino lobby, improving user experience.
• Launch new games and work with game providers and aggregators.
• Analyze game performance and player feedback, identify growth opportunities.
• Test games and game scenarios, coordinate bug and incident resolution.
• Work with internal game and content management tools, maintain documentation.
• Interact with Product, CRM, Support, Operations teams and external partners.

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming (Support, VIP Support, Operations, CRM, QA, Game Operations, or similar roles).
• Genuine interest in casino games and understanding of player behavior.
• Confident data handling and analytical thinking (experience with Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization tools will be a plus)
• English B2+.
