We need a strong product leader with mandatory experience in MFIs, capable of rapidly scaling the business without compromising portfolio quality or conflicting with regulations. We are looking for someone who has: • Mandatory experience working in MFIs • Deep expertise in credit products • Experience managing the profitability of the product line • Achieved significant growth in Take Rate, repeat customer rates, retention, LTV, or related customer economics metrics • Experience scaling business without compromising portfolio quality • Experience working closely with risk, marketing, finance, collections, compliance, and IT • Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration • Experience working in a high-pace environment with high uncertainty and strict performance expectations.
