Someone who understands credit mathematics and the impact of product decisions on economics, and is focused on practical, measurable results. One who knows how to take personal responsibility for outcomes, manage people, and negotiate without losing ground.

We are looking for someone who has: • Mandatory experience working in MFIs • Deep expertise in credit products • Experience managing the profitability of the product line • Achieved significant growth in Take Rate, repeat customer rates, retention, LTV, or related customer economics metrics • Experience scaling business without compromising portfolio quality • Experience working closely with risk, marketing, finance, collections, compliance, and IT • Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration • Experience working in a high-pace environment with high uncertainty and strict performance expectations.
