We are hiring Affiliate Managers for Megapari (Performance Marketing / iGaming Industry)

Role: Affiliate Manager Location: On-site, Limassol, Cyprus Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 – 18:00 (8-hour workday) Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners worldwide
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, publishers, and networks
• Launch and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize performance
• Monitor traffic quality, conversions, and ROI
• Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports

Requirements:

• Experience in affiliate marketing/ performance marketing is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and KPIs
• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• English required
• Additional languages are a plus
