Treasury Manager | FinTech / Payments / Crypto

We are looking for a Treasury Manager to join the on/off-ramp service team operating in Georgia (Tbilisi). You will be responsible for liquidity management and ensuring the smooth flow of funds across all payment circuits.

Key tasks:

• Monitoring balances on bank accounts, exchanges, payment systems, and crypto wallets
• Redistribution of funds between banks, jurisdictions, and payment destinations
• Management of payout and deposit balances
• Cash flow planning and forecasting liquidity needs
• Control of currency position and participation in conversion operations
• Management of limits and connection of new banks and payment routes
• Automation of treasury processes and development of reporting

What is important to us:

• Practical experience in treasury
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto
• Understanding of multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional payment infrastructure
• Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make independent decisions
