🔥 We are looking for a Head / Team Lead Media Buying (financial vertical)
Recruitment agency BGStaff is looking for a strong leader to build a Media Buying department from scratch and be responsible for its results.
📌 Responsibilities: • Build and establish the department's operations from scratch • Manage a team of media buyers • Launch, control, and scale traffic • Build processes for testing and purchasing • Control KPIs, analytics, and traffic quality
✅ Requirements: • Experience in the financial vertical / Binary Options • Mandatory: confirmed experience with GEO Spain and/or MENA • Confirmed cases + readiness to provide proofs • Team management experience • Ability to scale connections and processes • Strong analytics and understanding of metrics
⚠️ Important: we are only considering candidates with real experience and confirmed cases in our GEOs for at least 1 year.
