Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and growing the link building and PBN division: strategy, structure, scaling
- Planning departmental budgets and optimizing expenses
- Implementing KPIs, performance metrics, and a regular reporting system
- Optimizing processes and increasing the predictability of results
- Developing link building as a product: new platforms, formats, and tools
Requirements:
- Strategic Management and Business Analytics
- Experience managing a team of 8+ people for at least two years
- Experience in formalizing and scaling link building processes from scratch
- Deep understanding of unit economics (working with cost, profitability, and ROI of link promotion)
- Ability to transform analytics data into forecasts and strategies understandable for the business and clients
- Deep Technical Expertise
- Expert proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and analytics systems (GA4, Yandex.Metrica)
- Knowledge of all types and methods of acquiring links, understanding the priorities of their application depending on the niche and geo
- Experience in designing and managing PBN networks
- Hands-on experience with non-standard and complex sources (Wikipedia, Reddit, Quora, PR)
- Advanced analysis of competitor backlink profiles
- International Project Experience
- Successful experience working in international markets (Tier-1, Tier-2)
- English language proficiency from B2 level, for free communication with foreign partners and clients
