Product Business Analyst
Remote | Full-Time | Health Tech
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Product Business Analyst to join our team at Nozomi. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping innovative health tech products that make a real difference in digital healthcare.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage communication with partners to gather, clarify, and validate business needs across 2-3 concurrent digital products of varying complexity and size.
- Drive product discovery, prioritize features with product mindset and act as partners advocate.
- Take full product ownership: maintain clear understanding of each product’s purpose, scope, backlog, and release roadmap.
- Proactively identify partner needs and offer product solutions that align with business goals, timelines, and available resources.
- Adapt and prioritize product requirements based on changing factors such as budgets, technical constraints, implementation complexity, or evolving partner feedback.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation (including Business ERDs, Use Case Diagrams, Epics and User Stories, Acceptance Criteria etc.)
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and the partner to ensure a shared understanding of product scope and delivery priorities.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3+ years in a Business Analyst/Product Manager role, preferably in IT or tech.
- Proven ability to manage multiple products in parallel and stay organized in a dynamic setting.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in requirements documentation using Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Practical experience with UML and creating Business ERDs.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Asana, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Notion.
English Fluency:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (B2+).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Strategic thinking to uncover additional opportunities for product development.
- Experience working with delivery in a fixed-price or resource-constrained environment.
- Experience with prototyping high-level sketches.
- Familiarity platform-specific differences across Web, Android, and iOS.
- Ability to think strategically and spot opportunities for new product value.
- Experience in startup or cross-functional environments.
