Junior Performance / Growth Marketer

An international digital company is looking for a junior specialist who wants to develop in performance marketing and work with the US and European markets.

What you will do: — launch and scale advertising campaigns in the US and Europe; — analyze traffic, funnels, CPL, and ROI, find growth points; — test hypotheses, creatives, and landing pages; — use AI, no-code/low-code, and automation tools; — optimize campaigns and increase their ROI.

Who we are looking for: — experience launching ads or traffic in a company, freelance, or personal projects in white niches; — interest in analytics, numbers, and experiments; — confident user of ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools; — ready to develop in international performance marketing.

Will be a plus: — experience with Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads; — experience in affiliate, leadgen, or e-commerce.

Conditions: — $500 fixed salary at the start + KPI; — fully remote work; — full-time, 10:00–18:00 Moscow time; — projects in the US and European markets; — opportunity to grow to Team Lead in about a year with strong results; — paid practical internship.
