We are an international iGaming brand expanding into new markets and are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and grow the Azerbaijan market. 🇦🇿

🚨 IMPORTANT: Fluent Azerbaijani is a mandatory requirement for this role.

We are looking for a specialist with proven hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate should have experience managing affiliates, negotiating partnerships, scaling traffic sources, and working with performance-based models.

🎯 Responsibilities

🤝 Search for, onboard, and develop affiliate partners and webmasters in Azerbaijan 📈 Grow and scale the affiliate network within the GEO 💼 Manage the full affiliate lifecycle: partner search, negotiations, onboarding, launches, and relationship management 💸 Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid partnership models 📊 Analyze traffic performance: FTDs, deposits, ROI, retention, and overall partner profitability 🚀 Optimize and scale high-performing partners and traffic sources 🔍 Monitor the local market, competitors, and new growth opportunities

✅ Requirements

✔️ Fluent Azerbaijani (mandatory) ✔️ Strong understanding of the Azerbaijan market and local audience ✔️ Proven experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing ✔️ Experience working directly with affiliates/webmasters and managing partnerships ✔️ Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models ✔️ Ability to analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions ✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills ✔️ English at a working level
