Microsoft 365 / Azure | 1 FTE | 4 months

We’re looking for a self-sufficient Mid-level Python Developer to build and maintain integrations and automation processes around SQL Server and Microsoft 365.

📅 Start: September ⏳ Duration: 4 months 💼 Engagement: 1 FTE (part-time possible) 📍 Location: Remote/Poland 🇵🇱 Polish: B1/B2

🔧 Responsibilities & Tech Stack: • Python 3.12+ — practical experience required • Backend/batch applications — no web development (Django/FastAPI not required) • SQL Server, pyodbc, SQLAlchemy • Microsoft 365 integrations: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph API, MSAL, Service Principal, certificates • Data processing with pandas • Occasional GraphQL • Testing with pytest • Deployment on Windows Server/VM, Azure DevOps, PyInstaller (.exe)

⭐ Nice to have: • Azure experience — highly desirable • Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 — SharePoint, Office, Teams — a strong plus • Docker • Azure Functions • Azure Key Vault • Teams / SharePoint

👤 We’re looking for someone who: • can work independently and analyze problems without detailed instructions • is proactive and focused on delivering working solutions • can clarify requirements and challenge assumptions when needed • is comfortable working in an environment with limited processes and documentation • can propose better technical solutions than the ones initially suggested by the business

💡 Strong advantage: hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure, especially in integration and automation projects.
