Hello everyone!

We are looking for strong developers and tech leads for a new direction that deals with technical launches within the "City Services" business group of Yandex.

We are looking for people for DevClub.

This is an AI-powered engineering team that tackles experimental tasks faced by services. These can be greenfield projects — creating new products from scratch, as well as complex technical developments 🙂

What exactly you will be doing:

• designing distributed fault-tolerant systems (99.99%)
• implementing AI/ML where it truly brings value
• working with AI agents as part of the development process
• using the stack for the project: most often C++, Go, Java, Python

You should join us if you:

• are strong in algorithms and data structures
• understand the development cycle
• know how to orchestrate development using AI agents

It is especially valuable if you are interested not just in "using AI," but in rethinking the development process itself with it.

But we are building not just a team, but a place where strong engineering lives alongside a great atmosphere — we even have our own vinyl club 🎶

Apply and come build the next generation of development with us! 🚀
