Requirements: Experience with Asterisk / VoIP for 2+ years. Solid practical experience with Asterisk + SIP + Linux. Experience in independent deployment of Asterisk on a Linux server. Experience in configuring dialplan, SIP trunks, SIP agents, and routing. Experience connecting external SIP providers. Understanding of SIP, RTP, NAT, codecs, and call routing. Experience in independent diagnostics of telephony issues. Experience with ARI or AMI. Experience integrating Asterisk with backend / CRM. Experience with MariaDB / MySQL and CDR. Understanding of VoIP infrastructure security: firewall, fail2ban, attack protection. Experience with monitoring tools. Redis, Nginx, Grafana / Heplify are a plus. It is important to be able not only to deploy telephony but also to independently maintain and troubleshoot it.
