Account Manager/Head of Delivery Department for AIW PR Agency

Responsibilities:

— Management of a portfolio of existing clients (15–18 projects)

— Managing project managers

— Conducting key calls with clients

— Working on contract renewals

— Creating and implementing strategies for client retention and revenue growth

— Participating in the selection of specialists for projects (final decision)

Requirements:

— Work experience in a managerial position in an advertising/PR agency

— Sales and communication skills necessary for client renewals

— Understanding of renewal processes and reasons for client churn

— Responsibility for results and financial performance

Conditions:

— Total compensation 200,000 — 350,000 rub.
