Tilda Developer/Web Designer

We are a marketing agency for the beauty and health industry, Beauty Alliance

We are well-known in the niche of advertising, working with the beauty industry. We have been operating for over 10 years.

We are looking for a web designer / Tilda developer for permanent employment to join our team.

Projects are scheduled a month in advance, there are many interesting and non-trivial tasks. We expect new solutions and implementations for tasks, creativity is encouraged and necessary. We do not work with templates.

Skills:

• Web Design;
• website and landing page design (PSD layouts, adaptive);
• knowledge of Tilda and website layout on the platform;
• understanding of content structure and presentation;
• ability to create impressive/modern design;
• Graphic designer skills (Banners, advertising creatives);

Requirements:

• level not lower than middle/senior
• ability to work according to a clear technical specification + forming technical specifications from client requests.
• ability to quickly switch from project to project;
• experience as a designer in an agency, web studio, SMM agency will be an advantage;
• responsibility and speed in work.

Work formats:

• remote
• full-time (depends on work speed and quality of the final material)
• Salary range: 50,000 - 120,000 for full-time employment (depending on skills and work speed)
• paid vacation

Test task for the candidate at the stage of the 1st project (if the task is completed, it is immediately paid and the candidate is hired)

Employment can be formalized if the candidate has their own sole proprietorship or the status of "self-employed"
