We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager (IT / OT and Physical Security Systems) to join a fast-growing manufacturing company in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities · Develop and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001, NIST CSF and applicable regulations. · Manage cyber risk assessments, vulnerability management, patching and access controls. · Define secure network architecture, segmentation, firewall policies and remote access controls. · Oversee SIEM monitoring, endpoint protection, incident response and disaster recovery. · Secure integrated physical security systems, including CCTV/VMS, access control, intrusion detection and PSIM. · Coordinate security audits, penetration tests, vendors and contractors. · Lead security awareness initiatives, supervise security personnel and report risks, KPIs and improvement plans to senior management.

Requirements · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science or a related field. · 5–7 years of experience in information or cyber security. · Hands-on experience with firewalls, network segmentation, VPN, Active Directory, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management and backup solutions. · Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF and PCI DSS; IEC 62443 knowledge is an advantage. · Understanding of IP-based physical security systems and industrial/OT environments. · Experience in incident response, security audits, vendor management and technical documentation. · Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA are an advantage. · English C1.
