We are looking for a talented Static Visual Content Designer for project/contract work. We need a specialist with good visual awareness, proficient in graphic editors, and a modern stack of AI tools.

What you will be doing

— Initial task: create a pool of 60 design posts for social networks (carousels, covers, static layouts).

— Prepare layouts for various formats and digital platforms in accordance with the brand book and guidelines.

— Maintain a unified brand visual system.

— Collaborate closely with the team (marketers, copywriters, other designers).

— Initially, we will provide ready-made topics, but in the future, we expect initiative and participation in brainstorming sessions to propose your own creative ideas.

What is important to us

1. Professional Skills (1 to 3 years of experience)

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.

Deep understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Experience in creating digital creatives for SMM and working with illustrations/vectors.

Ability to work within brand books and design systems.

2. Working with AI Tools

Confident use of AI in daily work.

Experience using ChatGPT or Claude for idea generation, text creation, task analysis, and process acceleration.

Experience working with Nano Banana for image generation and editing (knowledge of other commercial AI tools will be an advantage).

Ability to create precise prompts for predictable results and adhere to commercial generation principles (realism, brand style consistency, character and product consistency).

3. Visual Awareness and Approach

High level of visual awareness, knowledge of current SMM and digital trends.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to justify your visual decisions.

Proactivity: the ability to offer ready-made ideas, not just execute technical specifications.

Responsibility for deadlines, adequate perception of feedback, and the ability to make corrections quickly.

Working Conditions

Format: fully remote work (from anywhere in the world).

Employment Type: project/contract work (not in-house).

Registration: Civil Law Contract (with an individual), Sole Proprietor, or Self-Employed status.
