📊 Financial Manager | Limassol, Cyprus

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join our team, which is involved in financial accounting and control of investment projects, primarily in the real estate sector.

📍 Limassol | Full-time | Office-based work

Main tasks: • Setting up and maintaining management accounting for projects in 1C • Maintaining and controlling Cash Flow for projects • Budget consolidation and plan-vs-actual analysis • Expense control and payment approval • Preparation of management reports (P&L, CF) • Interaction with the accounting department on construction projects

What is important: • At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Manager • Confident command of 1C and Excel • Experience in project management accounting • Experience in budgeting and variance analysis • Russian — working proficiency, English — B2 or higher • Systematic approach, attention to detail, and ability to build processes from scratch

Will be an advantage: • Experience working in Cyprus or an international company • Understanding of construction/development specifics • Power BI and reporting automation experience
