ADM GLOBAL Group of Companies is a young, rapidly growing, active team that has become the first among private companies in the automotive business to import foreign car brands to Uzbekistan.

We are now looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of software products at all stages of the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities • Receiving, registering, and processing user requests via email, messengers, including Telegram, and the ticket tracking system • Consulting users on working with the company's software products: mobile applications, websites, Telegram bots, and other services • Performing initial diagnostics of requests and analyzing the causes of errors and incidents • Collecting necessary technical information for requests: problem description, sequence of actions, screenshots, logs, device data, and software product version • Finding, reproducing, and documenting defects in the company's software products • Registering identified defects and forwarding complete information to testers and developers for further analysis and resolution • Escalating complex, technical, and non-standard requests to the second-line support, testers, or developers • Verifying the resolution of identified issues and informing users about the outcomes of request processing • Monitoring request statuses and tracking tickets until their resolution or transfer to the responsible specialist • Preparing and updating user manuals, methodological materials, answers to frequently asked questions, and brief guides • Participating in identifying recurring requests and preparing proposals for improving the quality of software products and support service operations

Requirements • Testing experience of 3+ years • Understanding of how web applications, microservices architecture, and asynchronous communication work • Proficient in API testing tools • Experience in writing test documentation (checklists, test cases, test plans) • Experience in performing functional, integration, and regression testing • Ability to analyze application logs to find defect causes • Experience collaborating with analysts and developers during requirements elaboration

Will be an advantage • Experience in building test automation processes • Experience with CI/CD • Mentorship experience or participation in shaping QA processes
