Traffic Operations

A large igaming company is looking for a Traffic Operations specialist in regulatory analytics and traffic management

Responsibilities: • Manage traffic distribution across countries, partners, and products • Analyze traffic profitability, conversion, margins, and efficiency • Control regulatory payments, accruals, and expenses • Prepare analytical and management reports • Interact with financial, legal, and operational teams

Requirements: • Experience working with large datasets and analytical reporting • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, analytical models) • Ability to systematize information and work with multiple data sources • SQL, BI tools, working with API data • Financial analytics and business calculations • Experience in iGaming • Understanding of licensing, payment flows, and regulatory requirements

Conditions: • Office in Limassol (Cyprus) • Official employment under the Labor Code of Cyprus • 5/2 schedule with flexible start of the workday • Breakfasts and lunches provided by the company • Additional 4 day off per year
