We are RTK IT, a company providing a full range of services for the development and implementation of software solutions.
Every day, 4200+ employees are involved in our projects, we have 70+ development directions for various solutions. Over 10 years of our work, we have successfully implemented more than 60 IT products.
We are an accredited IT company.
About the project:
We are a division of RTK IT that develops and implements corporate portals and web systems for Russian Federation government bodies on the low-code platform Akola.
The project involves working with real industrial solutions: from requirements analysis and integrations to commissioning.
These are long-term projects with a clear architecture, stable load, and the ability to replicate solutions to other departments.
The team develops and implements corporate portals and web systems on a low-code platform for government bodies of the Russian Federation.
The work covers the full cycle: requirements analysis, solution design, integrations, testing, and commissioning.
The project's goal is to build a scalable and repeatable development pipeline for digital solutions for the public sector.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the creation of the project's architectural framework (Vue Router + Pinia + Axios);
- Implement an authorization system and global error interception;
- Develop a base layer of reusable UI components (according to the design system using shadcn-vue).
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in the Vue ecosystem (deep level):
Solid knowledge of Vue 3 (Composition API, TypeScript, Tailwind).
Strict typing: correct description of data types, API responses, props, emits, and state; minimization of
any, object, and other generic types.
Deep understanding of the component lifecycle and reactivity mechanisms.
Experience with Pinia (or Vuex 4/5) for managing complex application state (modules, store factories, plugins);
- Designing architecture "from scratch":
Confident work with Vite and understanding of the project build process.
Ability to design a modular project structure (Feature-Sliced Design, Domain-Driven structures, or pure modular architecture) that allows scaling code to dozens of pages;
Setting up aliases, code splitting, lazy loading of routes and libraries;
- Working with data and APIs (Enterprise-level):
Experience in writing a thin layer of API clients (based on Axios or fetch) with interceptors, handling 401/403, custom error transformers, and refresh tokens.
Understanding of data caching patterns (using Pinia in conjunction with local storage or libraries).
Working with large data volumes: list virtualization (vue-virtual-scroller) and rendering optimization;
- Styling and UI-Kit:
Experience in component customization.
Good knowledge of SCSS/CSS or TailwindCSS.
Understanding of building a unified design system (Design Tokens, theming);
- Testing (mandatory for Enterprise):
Writing unit tests (Vitest/Jest) for composables and utilities;
- Development tools:
Confident work with Git: branches, merge/rebase, conflict resolution, Code Review.
Will be a big plus:
- Understanding of frontend security principles (XSS, CSRF, Content Security Policy);
- Knowledge of Node.js (writing simple build scripts or proxy servers for development);
- Experience with shadcn-vue.
Soft Skills:
- Architectural thinking: Ability to not just solve a problem "here and now," but to propose a solution that won't break in a year;
- Documentation: Writing clear READMEs, commenting complex code sections;
- Communication: Willingness to defend your technical solution to the team lead and backend developers; ability to ask the right questions during requirements analysis;
- Responsibility: Understanding that the cost of a bug in an enterprise solution is high, therefore paying attention to edge cases and regression;
- Proactivity: Noticing problems in APIs or design mockups during the discussion phase, not during layout.
Our stack:
- Frontend Vue.js;
- Backend Laravel + API Gateway.
Conditions:
- Hybrid schedule (ability to work in the office or remotely, as well as combine these formats);
- Transparent and stable income: salary level is discussed upon completion of the interview;
- Loyalty program "Benefit Cafeteria" with the option to choose categories (voluntary medical insurance, compensation for sports expenses, foreign language learning, birthday bonus, training, etc.), mobile communication compensation;
- Friendly atmosphere and a professional team ready to share experience;
- Opportunity for personal growth (courses and training from the company, learning, and conference attendance).
