Vacancy: Lead Mobile Developer (Kotlin Multiplatform) Salary Range: 340,000 RUB net (hourly payment) Format: full-time, remote (Moscow / GMT+3)

Project Lehmann PRO. Currently, recruitment is open for a sub-team within the Order Processing domain, which will primarily focus on logistics tasks. The team is responsible for several micro-frontends and their BFFs (Backend for Frontend). It is expected to work independently on business tasks as well as participate in other team tasks when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new mobile application features for the client cross-platform for Android and iOS.
• Create UI using Compose and SwiftUI, adapting to the company's design system.
• Estimate effort and timelines for task completion.
• Integrate backend via Ktor, configure serialization (Kotlin Serialization) and error handling.
• Interact with the team (QA, designers, managers, analysts) and adjacent logistics teams.
• Conduct code reviews, design architecture, optimize performance, write tests (Mockk), support releases.
• Create solutions in the absence of ready-made ones — independently search for and implement approaches.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Knowledge of at least one platform (Android / iOS / Desktop), ideally several.
• Deep knowledge of Kotlin.
• Fundamental development knowledge: understanding of operation execution time and resource usage (algorithms are not asked, but understanding is needed).
• Experience with the stack: Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose, Ktor, Kodein, Kotlin Serialization, Kotlin Coroutines, SQLDelight, Coil, Mockk.
• Ability to independently create solutions in conditions of uncertainty.
• Experience integrating with the backend, configuring serialization and error handling.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experience with UIKit.
• Experience setting up complex environments (CI/CD).
• Experience creating libraries.
