Vacancy: QA Automation / QA Engineer (MLOps Platform) Company: Selecty (Recruiting Agency) Format: Remote within Russia 📍 Employment: Full-time Salary 💸: 280–300 thousand rubles net per month according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (option to register as an individual entrepreneur is available) We are looking for a QA engineer to test the MLOps platform, who wants to grow not only in automation but also in product quality management and releases. Initially, you will be involved in functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing, checking service interactions and complex end-to-end platform scenarios. Gradually, you will develop automation, integrate checks into CI/CD, and build the release process: create checklists, acceptance criteria, and quality gates. Technical curiosity, independence, and readiness to take responsibility for the entire platform's quality are important. ⭐ Requirements

• Good foundation in software testing: understanding testing types, ability to create test scenarios, and find defects • Experience or willingness to grow in test automation • Understanding of API principles and inter-service integrations • Interest in the technical aspects of testing: logs, Linux, SQL, Git, CI/CD, and containers • Basic understanding of the ML model lifecycle and data handling • Understanding of the purpose of CI/CD and automated quality gates • Ability to analyze complex systems and end-to-end scenarios • Readiness to independently identify problems, propose improvements, and gradually take responsibility for the platform's quality and releases

Will be an advantage: • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker • Practical experience setting up and using CI/CD • API testing experience • Knowledge of observability tools: logs, metrics, traces • Experience testing ML/AI systems or MLOps infrastructure • Experience building and improving release processes • Experience automating regression checks and release checks

☄️ Responsibilities • Performing functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing of the platform • Verifying complex MLOps end-to-end scenarios: from workload preparation and execution to result retrieval • Testing the interaction of platform components, APIs, services, infrastructure, and external integrations • Analyzing test results, localizing issues, and assisting developers in finding defect causes • Preparing and maintaining test documentation, checklists, and test scenarios • Developing the testing strategy: defining checks for manual and automated testing • Automating regression checks and release checks • Integrating automated checks into CI/CD • Participating in release preparation and execution • Forming release readiness criteria, release checklists, quality gates, and acceptance criteria • Improving the release cycle in collaboration with developers, DevOps/MLOps engineers, and other team members • Gradually taking responsibility for platform quality and release readiness
