Responsibilities

• consult clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
• offer banking products and services
• educate clients on how to use Sber's services and products
• perform cash operations: accepting, issuing, and exchanging money.

Requirements

• specialist with secondary education or higher
• friendly and willing to help clients
• actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
• ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
