We are launching a new fintech bank 🔥
Not just a bank, but a full-fledged ecosystem for entrepreneurs — seamless financial management, integrated into daily business operations.
We are looking for a Go developer who will be inspired by the idea of building reliable, secure, and high-load services from scratch.
Your tasks:
- Development of microservices in Go for banking features: payments, transfers, accounts, KYC/AML, anti-fraud, integrations with external systems (banks, NSPK, SBP, etc.)
- Design and implementation of APIs (REST + gRPC) with idempotency, retries, distributed tracing
- Working with high-load transaction streams (orchestration, eventual consistency, outbox)
- Building fault-tolerant systems: graceful shutdown, circuit breakers, rate limiting, etc.
- In collaboration with DevOps/QA/DevSecOps — ensuring security (cryptography, tokens), observability (metrics, logs, tracing), and CI/CD
- Zero-downtime data migrations
- Participation in architectural decisions
What we expect:
- 3+ years of commercial Go development, confident concurrency (goroutines, channels, context, sync/atomic), profiling (pprof), load optimization
- Experience with fault-tolerant microservice architecture (without cascading dependencies)
- Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL: optimal queries, migrations, indexes
- Queues/brokers: Kafka + RMQ
- APIs: REST + gRPC, OpenAPI/Swagger, protobuf
- Testing: unit/integration/performance, mocks, testcontainers
- Security in fintech: encryption, tokenization, compliance
- Kubernetes: Deployment, StatefulSet, ConfigMap/Secret, resource requests/limits, sidecars, kubectl describe/logs/exec
- GitLab CI / GitOps approach
Will be a plus:
- Experience in fintech/banking (payments, acquiring, transfers, scoring)
- Experience with Zeebe
We offer:
- A team that speaks the same technical language and respects expertise
- Real influence on the product and architecture
- Competitive conditions
