We are looking for a Junior Compliance / Legal Counsel (iGaming, Riga / Cyprus)

📍Location and format: Office-based work in Riga (priority) or remote with mandatory relocation after the probation period to Riga or Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

• Support team compliance procedures and interact with regulators (we work with strict compliance).
• Handle AML/KYC checks and due diligence of counterparties.
• Assist senior colleagues with extensive contract work (B2B, NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts).
• Maintain internal tracking and updating of legal documentation.

Who we are looking for:

• Higher legal education.
• Work experience: from 6 months in consulting, PSP, gambling/iGaming, trading, or gaming software development companies.
• Languages: Fluent Russian + Latvian or English at a level of confident work with international law.
• Understanding of basic principles of SaaS products, payments, and regulatory requirements for high-risk industries.
