Implementation and Support Engineer

🚀 Seeking an Implementation and Support Engineer
🏢 MINSK (Hybrid work format: 2–3 days a week in the office)

💼 Responsibilities: 🔹 Supporting internal and external users 🔹 Assisting clients with integration 🔹 Implementing and learning new systems 🔹 Collecting, documenting, and structuring requirements 🔹 Working with multiple information systems 🔹 Collaborating with development teams on incident resolution and testing 🔹 Maintaining a knowledge base 🔹 Acceptance testing 🎯 What we expect: ✅ Experience in implementing and/or supporting information systems ✅ Experience communicating with users ✅ Technical problem-solving skills (VPN, network diagnostics, etc.) ✅ Willingness to quickly learn new systems and subject areas ✅ Ability to work in multitasking mode ➕ Will be an advantage: 🔹 Experience working in banks or fintech 🔹 Experience supporting integration solutions 🔹 SQL and working with logs 🔹 English language from B1 level
