We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with experience in iGaming / Online Casino, focused on CRM, player engagement, and operational product flows.
Key Requirements: 🎯 Product Management: 3+ years of experience, preferably in online casino / iGaming. 📩 CRM amp; Retention: Experience with CRM platforms (Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track, etc.), player segmentation, bonuses, campaigns, and promotions. 🎰 Casino Operations: Understanding of player journeys, registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, cashier flows, and back-office tools. 🏆 Gamification amp; Loyalty: Familiarity with missions, tournaments, VIP programs, rewards, and retention mechanics. 🛠 Product Execution: Ability to manage features end-to-end, write clear PRDs, and collaborate with Design, Development, CRM, and Operations teams. 📊 Data-Driven: Ability to analyze product performance and improve conversion, retention, and player engagement. 💡 Ideal Candidate: A proactive, detail-oriented Product Manager who understands the business and operational sides of online casino, takes ownership, identifies gaps early, and drives features from concept to launch. 🌎 Bonus: Experience in the LATAM / Mexican regulated gaming market.
