We have a strong team internally with 14 years of experience in fintech. In recent years, we've also gained AI expertise, which we now want to turn into something the market needs. What this direction will become is still an open question that we will decide together.

What you will do:

• Find a niche — understand which companies and in what form our expertise is most needed;
• Find the first clients and close deals with them;
• Discover a working acquisition channel and a repeatable sales process;
• Build a team of people and agents to support the sales channel;
• Enjoy success.

You are a good fit if:

• You have sold services — implementation, automation, custom development, or similar;
• You did this at an early stage when there was no brand yet: you found clients yourself, rather than handling incoming leads;
• You manage a deal from the first touchpoint to payment and reach the decision-maker yourself.
• You understand IT and AI well enough to discuss client tasks;
• You know the Russian market and how deals are currently made there, not five years ago.
