FBK is a team of 800+ professional experts in consulting and auditing, whose expertise is trusted by key players in the Russian market. The FBK internship program is a paid internship on a 5/2 schedule with at least 30 hours per week.

You will take part in project implementation for major Russian companies. FBK's clients include large financial organizations, federal and regional authorities, and leaders in key economic sectors.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

• You are a final-year undergraduate, specialist, or master's student — ready to apply your knowledge in a real environment.

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with data and figures, seeing logic in them.

Motivation:

• You want to develop in consulting, learn from experts, and grow through real tasks, not simulator training.

Schedule:

• Ready to work from 30 hours per week in a 5/2 format. Discipline and focus are part of your level.

Selection Stages:

Stage 1:

• Online interview with a recruiter. Initial introduction to the company.

Stage 2:

• Testing. Checking knowledge of Excel and accounting.

• In-person or online interview with a business unit representative. Presentation of yourself and introduction to the team.
